Small End Islands Generate in the inner end when some or all of the main islands is destroyed

In my Minecraft Bedrock World, I had an idea for a cool project of making the end look more like the overworld by adding grass, dirt, and buildings.

When I began construction, I decided that the main end island was too big for me to work with, so I removed a large amount of the main end island with TNT and command blocks. I then added grass on parts of the main island.

I logged in to my world the next day only to find that small outer end islands had appeared all over the inner end. One of them cut into the dirt and grass that I added to the world.

I assumed an issue had occurred with the world, so I used TNT to destroy these small islands and continued work on adding the grass. I needed to grab resources from a chest back at my house, so I jumped through the bedrock return portal to exit the end. When I returned, I found that the small end islands had regenerated all over the inner end.

At this point, something is clearly wrong here. I decided to create a new world. In this new world, I removed almost all of the endstone with TNT. I then logged out and logged back in only to find the small end islands around the obsidian towers.

MCPE-82000 Details this very same issue back from version 1.14.60, however, this bug was marked as incomplete and has not been patched to this day.

1. Create a Minecraft Bedrock World (Gamemode doesn't matter)

2. Travel to the end

3. Destroy a large portion of the main end island

4. Either exit the end and re-enter or log out of the world and log back in

5. The small end islands will be scattered around the main island
