[MCPE-129581] Tiny End islands regenerate at main End island when rejoining world

In end dimension, tiny end islands (from the outer end islands) appears inside builds or floating, they respawn (sometimes spread islands permanently) regenerating from rejoining/reloading. Due to this they destroy end gateways and player builds.

How to replicate the bug:
By heavily/slightly modifying the end island by either adding blocks or destroying major portions, then rejoining/reloading chunks (by going back into the end/turning the camera to load it back in)

Occurs in: Single-player/Multiplayer, Realms worlds, from versions 1.19-current day

I don't know if this is the reason why it happens, but the island does appear in my main end island, but only in the areas where I've mined out huge areas of the main islands.

The tiny end island continue to increase in number the more I break away at the main end island. This is very inconvenient for people who want to build end projects. So far I have not found a solution.

To test the bug, break away at the small end islands partially surrounding the main end island, leave the game, and rejoin. If the bug is present, the small end islands you just removed will have returned in the same spot they were removed.

This happened on my minecraft bedrock server world where I was working on a big project that involved removing much of the main end island. Mojang really needs to devote their time to fixing these kinds of errors.

Started to run into this bug when building out The End. Islands keep spawning next to end gateways, sometimes removing the bedrock block replacing it with endstone. Some of the other blocks I removed (water falling, deepslate scaffolding) would return upon loading back into the realm/world (Chunks reverting? Probably separate issue).

I too cleared out large number of endstone from the main island.

steps to reproduce

go to the end
break the 1 layer of endstone under exit portal, leave no endstone
go away around 100 blocks wait a minute
reload the world and go close to it
if island doesnt regenerate repeat steps 3,4,5

this effects 1.20.72 im on windows 11 but im sure this works on all platforms of bedrock

Regen works 1.20.80 with Wither, TNT, Block breaking, End Island can be Rejoin and Unload Chunk.

Step to reproduce

Go to the end
Break the 15 layer of endstone
Go to unload chunk 260 blocks
If reload endstone 15 to 1 blocks

This bug also affects the outer island end gateways and replaces player placed blocks (shulker boxes and shulker boxes in my case) near them even when there are solid blocks for the player to spawn on.

While I understand that the game needs to ensure that player has an area to spawn, in my opinion it shouldn't generate the platform when spawnable blocks (like netherrack) already exists and in no circumstances replace player placed blocks like shulker boxes that may contain invaluable items.

In my case the platform generation seems to only happen when joining in to the world. In my opinion it would make sense for the platform to also generate when traveling from the main island end gateways (if a spawnable area does not exist), similar to how the obsidian platform on the main island regenerates when entering an end portal on the overworld.

This bug happened on my realm on version 1.21.21 if that helps.

Still happens in 1.21.50. Random end regeneration seems to be patched but the small islands still appear.

Bug still occurring past 1.21.51 the regeneration near y 0 bug seemed to of been silently patched but the mini end islands under the gateways still generate annoying bug for any player who wants to build on the central end island
