End glitch

Hello,

I've recently expanded my End base near the spawn area, and I've encountered an issue where End Stone continues to regenerate—even after simply reloading the game. I'm aware that the obsidian platform should not be altered, so I've avoided making any changes to it. However, I'm unsure why this End Stone keeps appearing.

For reference, I've attached two screenshots: the first shows the current state with the issue, and the second shows an earlier version of the world where this behavior wasn't occurring.

Could you please help me understand what's causing this and how I might resolve it?
