After breaking endstone and replacing it with mud in the end whenever I log out then back into my world circles of endstone appear where mud was previously put. The amount of these endstone circles keep increasing as I log in and out.

This same issue is happening to me when I enter the End. I play on a pc and me and my friend tried to destroy all the endstone on the main end island. When we re enter the end the section of endstone closest to the void and end islands keep appearing. This has happed multiple times after we kept destroying the endstone.
