when testing out the new update i came across a bug where the warden would only spawn from sculk shriekers that naturally generated in ancient cities. ones placed by the player or sculk catalysts did not have the same effect. however, when i had used the /clone command to copy a natural sculk shrieker to the overworld, it successfully spawned the warden once activated. (this occurs both within and outside of the ancient cities.)

Minecraft made this intentially for people to have it displayed without an uninvited visitor comes... To activate it type this /setblock ~~~ sculk_shrieker ["can_summon":true]
