How to reproduce:

Go to create new world screen scroll down to cheats under it is EDU features enable it and load the world then go to settings and check it and it says it's off

Steps to reproduce this issue:

1. Open minecraft, then press play

2. Then, create a world, then enable cheats, scroll down, then enable education edition

3. Then, press create world

4. Then, open the menu (now pause menu), press settings, then go to game, scroll until found education edition

Expected result:

When activated education edition in the creation world, and joined in the world, and control settings, will display education edition as enable setting.

Actual result:

When activated education edition in the creation world, and joined in the world, and control settings, will display education edition as off in the settings.
