I leveled my villager in nether world and move him to overworld and he doesn't work or claim a workstation (there a lot of free workstation) villager just walks in a random direction and comes back (I don't see any signs that he took any job because he doesn't try to come to him)

Yes, I placed about 10 beds(they are free, because there weren't green particles)

Other villagers are working. In night he also doesn't sleep(he doesn't try to get to his bed and just stands still), even i place 20 free beds next to him.

Since you say there are many free workstations and the video shows a very large village, can you see if MCPE-79433 describes your issue? If you have >32 free workstations for other professions in the village then that is your issue.

Yes, If have more than 32 workstation. This issue happens only in this big village, but in small villages everything is okay
