While moving and placing blocks with swift sneak, they create a small tower.
To reproduce just simply:
Wear swift sneak leggings
Hold shift
Move in a direction
Hold the place button
Continue building and placing

I do not believe this is the same thing as the linked report. This ONLY happens while I am wearing swift sneak and building while sneaking.
