Copying worlds onto new device not possible

I am trying to copy my Minecraft from my old phone (Redmi note 7) to my new phone (Galaxy A53). I have had to bypass the android 11 "feature" where you cant access storage data with an application called Total Commander. 

When trying to transfer my world, by copying it into the Minecraft worlds folder, the message copy failed appeared. 

It may be android 11, but I only seem to have this issue with Minecraft. It may be since the world is pre - 1.19 (it was both created before 1.19 and has not been updated to 1.19), but with previous versions, this was not an issue, since it would update the world upon opening the app and trying to access it. 

 

Edit: I have turned the folder into an .mcworld zip, and the import started but it still failed, so it is not a problem with android 11

I personally am not familiar with the Android file system, but I can tell you that the world save you've provided is not packaged correctly. You need to zip the contents of the world folder, not the folder itself, and then change the .zip to .mcworld.

I have same problem with texture pack i have my own texture but i cant import it in development resource packs bc of android 11 scoped storage, how can i do it i tried with .mcpack extension and it imported it in resource pack folder and it doesnt work
