On Java Edition, sculk sensors switch to a cooldown state for 1 game tick to prevent components powered by them from activating the sensors in a loop. This feature is not present in Bedrock.

@Magdalena Wardak I attached the video for the Bedrock sculk sensor. The lack of the cooldown causes an unintended redstone loop like this. Sculk sensors have a cooldown state specifically to prevent this issue.
