flying using elytra wings on or near block ceilings deals suffocation damage
To reproduce the error, simply: Create a corridor of blocks and then fly using the rockets. Or create a blocky surface and fly below it.
Observed Results: The player takes suffocation damage even though they are not tethered to the block.
