Pinned pigs turn into zombie Pigmen while playing. Go away to do something and come back to pigmen. Not that I mind but is a bug and have to caught more pigs.

Pigs turn into zombie pigmen (zombified piglins) when struck by lightning. This behavior has always existed in both Java and Bedrock Editions.
