Frog AI effected by Honey Blocks - Froglight production

Using Bedrock Dedicated Server and playing on Xbox.
Have tested on Xbox in creative mode. Edit Also tested on Windows UWP version to get the video and world save.

On our survival server my wife and I have built a frog light farm which has frogs sat on a later of honey blocks to stop them and magma cubes jumping and have found that we are barley getting any froglights.

When I went into a creative world I built two 4x4 chambers, one with grass on the floor, the other with honey blocks. When I put magma cubes in (and made sure they were all the small ones) the frogs in the grass floor side chased the cubes down and devoured them, the frogs on the honey side occasionally ate a cube, usually within the first 5sec of spawning the frog in, after sitting around they did nothing.

World uploaded. I have also uploaded a video of what is happening on Youtube - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=adX2X1fH1A8

I can confirm i am also having this same problem on my server. Upgraded my magma cube farm 9x9 square area with floating powdered snow. Before i changed the floor to honey blocks (which took ages to get all 81) i am now seeing no froglights. The frogs just sat there in the hole (all 18) along with so many baby magma cubes that it has prevented any new cubes from amazing in the area. Essentially my adding honey blocks to stop my frogs from jumping has broken my farm.

I have tested this on a creative world, and uploaded it here.

I had frogs disappearing from my froglight farm in the nether.  Figured it was because they would jump too high and take fall damage. So I set up a new bee farm and spent quite a bit of time collecting honey blocks to keep them from jumping.

What a punch in the gut when I realized it broke the farm.  Now I just don't use the farm or froglights.  Please consider fixing this issue.

Confirmed in 1.19.62. This is a parity issue as honey block floors are used in some Java froglight farm designs.

A bit of science: wool carpets make no difference--the frogs still won't eat magma cubes. Each time the world is loaded, the frogs on honey blocks have a brief period (a couple seconds?) of normal behavior in which they'll be able to eat magma cubes; they then stop.
