sendcommandfeedback not working

Sometimes I'll be in a world, and suddenly, command feedback completely stops working. It's as if sendcommandfeedback is off, however I checked (through a command block as that's the only way I can get an output), and it's on. Some things that become much harder or even impossible without command feedback include but absolutely aren't limited to:

• Checking tags

• Checking tickingareas

• and so much more

There are no steps to reproduce it that I know of, it just happened.

I restarted the game and it did not fix it.

I am still trying to fix this as while it doesn't ruin my experience, it makes it much harder.
