Tried to download Mermaids life by everbloom games, and it is not downloading after 24hrs of waiting. I have search the forms and tried the suggestions but nothing has worked. If there was option to cancel the download that would be great. Please help!

Its just on the market place on a up to date bedrock edition on a windows laptop. I payed with minecoins which where deducted and the auto download started but has never not pass 0%.

Hi, I'm new to this community, and speaking on behalf of my 11 year old daughter who used her money to purchase this game on her Amazon Fire Tablet. She wanted to be a mermaid but instead she is getting the "Downloading" icon, which has been showing with zero progress for a while now. She tried restarting Minecraft. She tried rebooting. Please let me know what I can do to help get this resolved, or get refunded for the purchase.
Is this only happening on a Dedicated Server, Featured Server, realms, multiplayer or singleplayer? What plaform/device are you using?
