Steps to Reproduce:
Find a villager and trade with it
Observed Results:
You can only see the novice and apprentice level trades, and you can't hover over/touch the enchanted book/item that is in the apprentice level or higher
Expected Results:
You can see all of the possible trades of the villager, and you can also hover over/touch the enchanted book/item that is in the apprentice level or higher
This is the standard vanilla experience, there are resource packs available that show the additional trades within the villager interface.
The additional levels will show up as you trade more with the villager levelling them up
