Everything in back items sections are missing and all skins with back items are erased and unable to be rebuilt. This is ridiculous the character creator should all be free if these keep glitching or being removed without notice my items cost 100 plus coins and can't use my items even my capes are gone

Same for me here, I purchased a lot of back items as well, I have a back item equipped that isn't even in the list, purchased items shouldn't just disappear.
I've noticed purchased items in general disappear and are no longer usable yet they were paid for if things are rotated out the value should be readded to the mine coin bank or token in my case PS4 version even if it doesn't sell well keep them some put alot of thought in the skins please fix or make cosmetics free if they get removed often
Still unable to see back items in both windows and mobile. Both my buddies I play with are having the same issue and we are unable to use the items we purchased
I've been playing a lot recently and this happened to me as well, right around the time of the Incredibles DLC release. I'm not sure if the update caused it or if my installation is bugged or what. Even after reinstalling the entire game, it still seems to occur. I have included a screenshot from my Xbox Series X. Of note is that I can still buy what items are listed here, but all the other items I've previously purchased aren't visible.
[media]Same here, Windows 10 Bedrock. I can see my capes, but all of my back items are not accessible. All I can see is a few store items that I do not own. I'm "Oh Ratz3120" on Bedrock, and "HamilaPlayzMC" for Java. I'm the elf lady in the screenshots I uploaded.

Make sure you are signed in
Launch Bedrock Edition
Go to Bedrock Character Creator
Check Capes/Back Items
Notice the lack of stuff 😞
The back items came back at some point yesterday, it seems. May have been where the items rotated some. Also, it might be me misremembering, but there may have been less items to buy or in stock after they came back. Hopefully the back items page remains intact in the future.
Same for me here, using Windows version, i don't know if this is a bug or if i lost every skins
