Same here, Windows 10 Bedrock. I can see my capes, but all of my back items are not accessible. All I can see is a few store items that I do not own. I'm "Oh Ratz3120" on Bedrock, and "HamilaPlayzMC" for Java. I'm the elf lady in the screenshots I uploaded.
Problem: Capes and/or Back Items not showing up in Bedrock Character Creator
Expected Result: All Back Items and Capes should be visible
Steps to reproduce:
Make sure you are signed in
Launch Bedrock Edition
Go to Bedrock Character Creator
Check Capes/Back Items
Notice the lack of stuff 😞
It's happening to PS4's bedrock and PS4 Edition both still. I'm constantly running for my phone or to my PC so I can "sign in" only to get unlinked again as soon as I relaunch the game. I'm hamilaplayzmc (all lowercase) for PS4 and OhRatz 3120 on my Microsoft XBOX gamertag. Not only do I get logged out again and go from "OhRatz 3120" back to "hamilaplayzmc" but my current Dressing Room outfit is completely reset across all my platforms.
EDIT: (Note that my Java tag is "HamilaPlayzMC" and not all lowercase.)
I try to sign in with https://aka.ms/remoteconnect and the SIGN IN button both from the store and my settings, but it is still recurring.
Please, please, please fix this. I got PS+ purely to play Minecraft because I had hoped the issue was gone. Nope. I still get booted. HELP!
My back items have returned just like Nicholas Hagy above.
Solved for me as of writing this new comment.
I will re-add my issue vote if they vanish again.
