On PS4 you have to sign into your Microsoft account. However, normally you sign in once and that's it. Now you have to sign in each time you log in to Minecraft.

Do you have to sign in every time you launch Minecraft? Or, do you only have to sign in again via remote connect after signing out from your Xbox Live account?
Also affects Switch according to MCPE-96387.
This is still an issue for me on the PS5 and PS4. Same as @unknown below. Please get this fixed, it's ridiculous its even an issue.
Having the same problem.
Just bought the game for PS4, can barely attempt to use my tokens as the store keeps not loading for me as I'm "not logged in". I've tried logging in from phone, logging out, relogging in from a different device, clearing cache, restarting PS4, reinstalling the game, ECT. Won't even keep me logged in long enough for a friend to join my server. My skins won't stay put either since it keeps logging me out.
This is absolutely ridiculous that is been happening since roughly 2019 (according to my research and all* the threads I've found on different forums) and there's still no fix.

Same happens to me on Switch. Every time I was forced to login to Microsoft account, like it wasn’t saving it. When I got my switch 2 and played in Minecraft a couple times in a realm this didn't happen, however as soon as I transferred my save data from Switch 1 it began doing it again. I can only assume this is some kind of issue with the save data but I don't want to delete my worlds.
This happens on Switch now. It's seemingly random. Sometimes I log in everytime, other times I only have to log in every other time I load up Minecraft.
