Can't log in my Microsoft account.

I need an explanation. So I've been playing Minecraft on PS4 for a while now. I have enjoyed it, but the thing that made me annoyed was the fact that when I try to log back in to my Microsoft account (Which it randomly logged me out of) It said that I needed to put the information for the account that was linked with the PS4 account (Which I know that I needed to do that). The thing is, I was logging in ON the account that was linked, so why wouldn't it let me? I tried every single email that I have and I would please at least like to know what the email was, its fine if you don't let me know. I only wanted to play with my cousin a city that we were building.
