When I start up Minecraft there is a random chance when the main menu first pops up the botton to sign in to your Microsoft account will appear instead of your name tag and profile picture for Xbox on the bottom left corner of the screen, apparently between starting up the application to the main menu screen a bug/glitch will sign you out if you're Microsoft account before the game loads any of the main menu buttons.
