The problem, as the summary says, is about the storage location of the game files, which appeared for the first time since Minecraft Bedrock update 1.19, in itself the problem is that this message does not stop appearing no matter how many times I hit "start moving files" whenever I open and close Minecraft it reappears, which makes me have to restart Minecraft, go back in and now I can play, although for the same reason that I restarted it my game settings are restarted and I have to be accommodating everything over and over and over again every time I play and the truth is that I'm getting tired enough, I wish they would tell me what I can do so that once and for all it stops appearing.
