Items with an high Resolution such as 144x144 trigger massive lag and crash when dropped on ground alot, when playing with an RTX Card.

If you drop an high amount of items such as 10-30 Items with an Icon-texture of 144x144 your Game will lag extremely or crash. 
This only occurs when using an RTX Card, in my case an RTX 3070 TI.

Steps to reproduce: Create Items with an 144x144 high Texture and drop alot of them on the ground while using an PC with RTX Graphics Card.
Also i did not have this issue when using an GTX 970, i saw alot of users complaining about this issue a year ago and it still has not been fixed.

happens without texture packs too on my RTX 3060.
