Allay not dancing to Jukebox or Duplicating 1.19.2

Allays will not dance to Jukeboxes and will not duplicate with amethyst shards in 1.19.2 on bedrock Realms or single player worlds (creative or Survival). This is impacting my nintendo switch, Xbox one, and computer. In each instance I boxed the allay in within a 5 block radius to the Jukebox, and the realm and all creative test worlds were created after the official 1.19 release (with some of the creative worlds being made even today on 3 JULY 2022)
