Mobs aren't knocked back upon death from End Crystal Explosions

 
Whenever a mob is blown up by an end crystal explosion, it remains stationary upon death and does not get knocked back from the explosion. This bug affects all mobs and the player. The issue started happening when the Ender Update was out. This issue relates to MCPE-19222.
Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Create an obsidian platform.

  2. Place a end crystal.

  3. Spawn any kind of mob.

Observed Results:
The mob remains in the same position and doesn't get knocked back by the explosion.

Expected Results:
The explosion sent the mob back flying.
