[MCPE-158540] Can't leash allay spawned in previous version.

You are not able to leash allay using touch controls which was possible in 1.19.2 .

Edit: After further testing this only happens to allays spawned in previous version.

I've found this on allays duplicated in 1.19.10. exactly the same experience as shown in the video, so it doesn't seem to only affect allays spawned in previous versions, unless duplication literally copies that old allay and creates a new-old allay...
