Despite everything being up to date, all permissions on allow, on Minecraft ps4 bedrock anytime you attempt to join a server or friend session you get "unable to download packets" or "unable to connect to world"

Friends worlds and featured servers. I can access the marketplace but nothing else. I will provide screenshots of the errors when I next can. Yes I can access literally any other online content from the device it is just Minecraft
