[MCPE-158639] Items with specific data tags stack together and all take the same data value

Items given with /give that have specified data values can stack and will override other data values. This makes it harder for hasitem to only work on specific items, since if someone has another item of different data value, they can stack them and have two items of the same data value.Video of this on google drive
