[MCPE-158655] Every time the game lags while you are placing blocks below you you take damage

Steps to Reproduce:

Observed Results:

Occasionally the game lags, and then unlags and then you take damage for no reason

Expected Results:

The game shouldn't lag or damage you while you are doing this
