This is a problem with version 1.19.11 Hotfix.
Saved data from around the world that you no longer need or have deleted will be forcibly restored when you start the game. Even if you delete it, it will reappear in the list when you restart the game. The save data may not be synchronized correctly

The game is currently at version 1.19.2101.0 and this issue is still ongoing. I reported this problem to Microsoft from the XBOX console, but it has not been resolved. All world data seems to be treated as one save data, but we propose a change that allows them to be managed individually as individual data.
The way I tried to solve it was
・I deleted the save data on the main unit and resynchronized from the cloud.
・I tried to delete the grayed out save data after synchronizing it again.
I tried the above, but I can't completely delete the save data. The appearance is removed, but it remains grayed out again on the next boot.
I get this issue also plus the minecraftWorlds folder no longer reflects the in game world list
I downloaded a world from my series x to use on iOS and the world was not the most current version, updates to ALL worlds in game are not saved to the folder on the console
