[MCPE-158915] Importing a minecraft template does not work at all

So I tried to get spellcraft and for some odd reason when I go to download it and all that it finishes downloading but does not import. I've tried most of the packs I own and literally it still does not import any of them. I also tried waiting a few minutes or seconds and it is still importing
