Blocks in RTX are not transparent from the inside in spectator mode

Summary:
When you turn on RTX and view the blocks from the inside in spectator mode, the texture is visible, and not like when RTX is off, the transparent side.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Switch to spectator game mode.

2. Fly under the blocks.

3. Turn on RTX.

Observed results:
Blocks from the inside show their texture.

Expected results:
The texture of blocks from the inside in spectator mode will be invisible.
