Can't download maps in minecraft win10 edition

I went to try to download the new map from the Marketplace, "Spellcraft", but when I tried to download the download was stuck, then I tried to cancel to try again but the only thing I got was to have the download stopped and impossible to cancel. I already tried to close Minecraft, I already tried to restart and turn off the pc, but when I enter the game the download continues the same way, and after that, I tried to download the same map only on my xbox one, and there it worked, more it didn't work on the pc (Note: I have more than 50GB free on the pc and my internet is very good). in the video I attached I only showed 1 minute, but I had already waited more than 20 minutes (Note: in the video I tried with another map, because Spellcraft was stuck and impossible to cancel)
