[MCPE-159022] I can't join my friends world, and they can't join mine.

This has been happening for the last couple of updates, and it's getting rather annoying, we try once a update, and seem to be unable to join each other's worlds, and it happened AGAIN for 1.19.10 And I thought by then you guys would have had it fixed, but you haven't so I'm reporting it again. Please fix it that's what you really need to do, is just fix this bug.
