players can activate sculk shrieker in spectator mode.
place a sculk shrieker or find a natually generated one.
switch gamemode to spectator from creative while in walking mode (not flying)
try fly approach and sneak into sculk shrieker.
observation:
the sculk shriker can be activated when players in spectator mode sneak into the block
expected:
the sculk shrieker should not be activated
