Sorry, that I am asking, but wasn't Spectator Mode added in Bedrock Edition in 1.19.20.28/1.19.20.29?

If you place a sculk sensor in water and you enter in spectator mode in water, the sculk sensor will detect the player.

sensors can sense any movement, except from up/ down

If you go from survival to spectator the sensors will pick up any movement at all

When I found this bug there wasn't any water or lava within 30 blocks of the sensor, so it doesn't have to be waterlogged

I think, that you make footsteps noises while in spectator mode.

From my test, it seems like this is could be either platform or controls-specific as if you're on Windows, the sculk sensor doesn't detect you, but it does if you're on mobile such as Android/iOS.

In the latest beta/preview versions, the sculk sensor no longer activates if the player went from survival to spectator, but the water problem still persists.
