In certain instances, mobs can clip through tinted glass. I've observed this in two ways:
1) In a trident killer, the pistons will sometimes push a spider or skeleton through tinted glass that is a apart of the outer wall of the trident killer.
2) I had a zombie and a zombie villager in a boat which was sitting on top of a tinted glass floor. When I broke the boat, the zombie villager clipped through the tinted glass and fell below while the zombie and the boat item stayed above it.

The issue with spiders is due to MCPE-153431.
