[MCPE-159393] Halloween mash up pack, sky and music

The sky is no longer orange and there is no spooky music playing, just normal music. This really ruins the experience of playing something meant to be scary and spooky. Will this be fixed? Thanks!

Sorry, no it is not.

Also for this mash-up pack, the light sources (torches, lava, fire, lanterns, etc.) do not emit green light anymore.
