Been getting the same thing, but what's weird is that it was loading worlds before and it was fine, I have attached the photo above.

same but still joined game

I was already a bit mad before as I had a freezing issue but now this is happening to me as well.

What I find most interesting about this is that it did not happen in this update until a bit later of playing.

As further notes, it seems to be potentially related to Xbox Minecraft having issues connecting properly to the marketplace.  Several items appear as needing to be downloaded or updated that never show any download progress.  This message pops when loading an existing world, and it always gives a random huge number of 1 to 7 packs that need to be updated. I have left it on this screen for over 24 hours, and nothing ever happens.  Pressing the B button will take you back to the world selection menu, but nothing works in the game after this appears.

As a workaround, you may wish to try the following:

  • Navigate to Minecraft > Settings > Storage

  • Press the Clear Marketplace Cache button at the top

  • Exit Minecraft and restart your device

(This button is available on Switch in the latest retail version, but available for all platforms in the latest Minecraft Preview.)
