[MCPE-159496] Skin has missing texture pink

Skins have solid missing texture pink all over them. Not seen in multiplayer.

EDIT: not just skins, just happened again and saw it messed with banners too.

This report is a duplicate of MCPE-105487 and is fixed in the latest MC Preview.
