When I use some texture pack，zombie piglins’ textures will change into old form.
(The texture pack I use don’t change zombie piglin)

Did you assign new uuid's for everything when you created the pack? If not, they may be interfering with other packs.
Do you have any other resource packs in use, and does the issue occur if those are deactivated?
If you turn on debugging do you see any error messages?
