[MCPE-159531] nether portal stuck on loading screen and teleports player

when I went into the nether portal it got stuck on the loading screen, so I closed and reopened the game and I ended up at x 256 and z 256 and I was high up in the sky (y = ~256?) even though I was supposed to end up at around x -2000 and z -2000.

I tried this a few more times and it instead teleported me from my overworld coordinates x y z to the same coordinates in the nether instead of multiplying by 8
