[MCPE-159605] When placing lily pad in water do not have sound of placing lily pad in water

Problem issue :

When placing lily pad on water do not have sound of placing lily pad in water

Reproduce issued :

Get inside a world

Search for lily pad in inventory

Place lily pad at water

Suppose to be :

When placing lily pad in water it should have a sound

Sound :

There should be a splash sound from water and lily pad sound when placing in down in water
