The "Main Menu" button on the respawn screen is missing on Android and iOS

Observe that the Main Menu button is missing
Observed Results
Only the Respawn button appears
What should happen
Both Main Menu and Respawn buttons should appear

The first screenshot is the bug occurring on a iPhone 8 iOS 14.4.2 device. The second screenshot is the respawn screen on a Windows 10 system with the "Main Menu" button present
