The death screen should look like:
You died!
<player> died.
Respawn
Main Menu
It looks like
You died!
<player> died.
Respawn
When the Respawn button was pressed I respawned back in the lava.

What specifically happened when you pressed the <Respawn> button?
Did you just respawn in lava, or did the button not work, or something else?
Also, did this happen on both the release and preview versions or are you only using one of those?
