[MCPE-159843] When I purchase something from the marketplace it won't download

Hi, i recently decided to download a world from the marketplace in mcpe, when I bought it I clicked on the option to download the world to create it. When I clicked it, a progress bar was displayed, but the wasn't any progress, I tried to click on cancel but it didn't took me out, so I clicked on the crossbar and the progress bar was like minimized, but now it's been a day and still no progress, I have enough space and checked everything, I've updated the app and all and still nothing.
