[MCPE-159878] Fell out of world after going through nether portal

I went through my nether portal and it took more than 5 minutes for the nether to load, so I restarted Minecraft, and when I loaded in I got a screen that said "You died! 'name' fell out of the world"

(Ps4 save video feature was not able to save the video from before I restarted Minecraft)

Update! I tried going through the nether portal again and I caught the bug in action!
