Blue ice just acts like a normal block when you move on it. Boats work as intended but they slow down to a crawl when you get to the edge of the ice. This can really only be shown and explained via a video so if you would like that (versus a screenshot) I can provide that.

Cleaning up old tickets: This ticket had been set to 'Awaiting Response', but has not received a response from the reporter (~3 months+) so is being closed as Incomplete.
