Sneaking/Crouching

When sneaking you block placement/interaction doesn't change

Steps to reproduce:
1. Move your crosshair over the very bottom pixel of a block
2. Start sneaking (Should look as if your crosshair isn't on the block anymore)
3. Place or interact with the block

When sneaking it should be as if your whole player moved down a bit, but this doesn't happen when you do. So if there was a block below the block you were originally looking at then it would look onto bottom block instead when you sneak.
