[MCPE-160153] Allays teleport to the nether despite being assigned to a note block

As you load into the nether note blocks don’t tick so if you load long enough the allay will detach.
I’m assuming that this occurs when a allay is supposed to return to the noteblock after going too far.

I even built a glass wall between the note block and my nether portal and they are still following me in.
